 Cake was baked in nut-free cafeteria (you can make arrangements by calling the school one week in advance)...school rules...otherwise, we need prepackaged treats brought in like fruit snacks that says on label they came from nut-free factory.

 On Tuesday mornings, we get to have Shayla (our high school helper) work with us!

In lieu of a home visit (or in addition to), I will be at Weedman Park today (Monday, September 23) in Farmer City at 11:00....and this afternoon I'll be at the Mansfield school playground at 3:30.

A big thank you to Chaysen's mom for making playdoh for our classsroom! The kids had a great time with it today!

Pre-K Family Night!

Just a reminder that tonight is our Pre-K Family Night...5:30, Dinner will be served in cafeteria...afterwards, we'll go to the Pre-K classrooms for a few activities.

 Imagination play

 We've set up a beanbag toss area. The children stand behind the line and aim the beanbags into the bucket.

 Snack time is always a great time to socialize!

 I shared my I-Pad for practice with an ABC handwriting app and the kids were actively engaged. However, I have to work hard to keep George from locating the Angry Birds app :)

 Austin liked our new matching game.

 Cooper worked hard at sorting and stacking cubes.

 Both classes voted for which color of playdoh they want to use...currently it is a tie between red and pink.
