In honor of Dr. Seuss week and St. Patrick's Day...our class has been reading the book "Green Eggs and Ham"...and we decided last Friday that we would make green eggs and ham. we used chopped parsley to represent the green and anyone could top their eggs with it, or not. In our class, no one has to try anything and I was so surprised that 99% of the students tried the eggs, and many of them topped their dish with at least one parsley leaf! (Above, Ava was my one who opted out and just went for oranges!)
Tucker and Clara had several servings!
We fried the ham first, then added the eggs. Every child cracked an egg into the bowl. Then we all took turns whisking.
Braelyn did not think the ham smelled good, but everyone else liked it.
Everyone had great manners, and also followed safety rules.
We added pink Himalayan salt to our dish.
Great picture of Indria!
