Important Dates!
The firefighters will be here on Wednesday, October 18. We always look forward to their visit! They will teach us to Stop, Drop, and Roll...show us the fire truck...and sometimes they even let us try out the fire hose!
(Just found out the fire fighters have postponed. I'll post the new date when I find out.)

October is Fire Safety Month
The fire department came and reviewed fire safety rules and practices. The children loved trying out the fire hose!

The students have loved watching the trucks bring the harvested corn over to the grain elevator and building mountains!

Pumpkin Patch Field Trip!
We went to Gail's Pumpkin Patch in Beason, Il and had a great time!
Kinnley, and many others, LOVED the barn cats!
The chickens finally came out of their house.
Ms. Gail walked us through the pumpkin patch.
The fields were beautiful, dotted with different varieties of pumpkins!
Ms. Gail showed us a pumpkin that had split open, there were so many seeds inside!
We have such great parent/family support! Thank you for coming along!
